A New Year Invitation from Xixi

Xixi National Wetland Park • Hongyuan Garden

Xixi National Wetland Park consists of two zones, east zone and west zone. East zone was opened to the public in 2005, which is the first and second phrase of Xixi Wetlands Comprehensive Protection Project. West Zone, however, was opened in 2008 and is the third phrase of the project. West Zone is themed on Hong-family culture (Hong-family was a famed family in Xixi in ancient times and a representative of Xixi lifestyle), and that’s why the West Zone is also known as Xixi National Wetland Park • Hongyuan Garden.
