Squab & Snow Fungus Soup(乳鸽银耳汤)
15g snow fungus
200g lean meat
4 candied dates
Directions: Clean and soak snow fungus in water until soft. Clean and stew shredded squab, lean meat and candied dates for about 2 hours. Put in snow fungus and stew for 30 minutes. Season the soup with salt.
Functions: moisten lung, nourish blood, relax the bowels, lower blood pressure.
