Brief of Dried Mushrooms & Conch Soup
Dried Mushrooms & Conch Soup (冬菇螺肉汤)
6 medium-sized dried mushrooms
6 chicken feet
2 fresh ginger slices
Directions: Soak the dried mushrooms in water until soft. Boil the conch in hot water for a while and slice the meat. Combine with chicken feet and fresh ginger with 4-5 bowls of water. Stew for 4 hours.
Functions: moisten lung, refresh stomach.
